We want you to LOVE the items that you purchase, so if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, any unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased at ShopEstilo can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase for STORE CREDIT ONLY! Any items received after 14 days will be returned at the customer's expense!
Returns may be made in-store or by mail.

*Any shoes returned must have 0 signs of wear and must be in the original box.
